Little Oak Complementary Therapies is fully insured for all treatments carried out.
All client information is treated as fully confidential and all information disclosed during and after consultation shall remain totally confidential.
Client record cards are kept in a safe place and locked away.
You will be treated with care and respect at all times.
Client modesty shall be maintained at all times by the use of towel coverage.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during treatments.
If you are receiving treatment for a medical condition from your GP, hospital or other health practitioner, it is recommended that you inform all parties concerned that you are receiving massage treatment.
Complementary therapies do not take the place of conventional medical treatment, always seek your doctors advice if you have any concerns about illnesses or serious conditions.
