What is Thai Foot Massage?
Thai Foot Massage has evolved throughout the Far East with the treatments first being recorded in the famous ‘Wat Po Temple’ in Bangkok. It is believed that it has been taught here since the reign of King Ram the 3rd in the mid 19th century, so the treatment you have chosen is steeped in oriental medical tradition and history.
Thailand has evolved as a centre for massage, partly due to geographical location and partly to the peoples’ predisposition towards massage, with traditional techniques from India, China, Japan and Korea diverging in Thailand to give us Traditional Thai Foot Massage.
